Keep On Track This Winter With Healthy Eating And Vegan Smart

As autumn dwindles down and winter arrives, stay healthy with Vegan Smart shakes — an all-in-one nutritional soy-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan protein shake specifically created for vegans or those who are considering shifting to a vegan lifestyle.

A favorite of Kristin Bell, Vegan Smart contains a

whole food complex of nine different healthy colorful fruits and vegetables known to contain polyphenols, antioxidants and flavonoids to support overall wellness.

In addition to that, it also contains 22 vitamins and minerals, a healthy dose of fiber and omega blends, prebiotics and digestive enzymes.

Personally, I’m getting back on my healthy track (and also trying to lose weight) by eating better and getting myself back into the gym — so Vegan Smart is my go-to meal replacement for dinner or lunch on my detox.

I refuse to go into the holidays and let myself fall to the wayside.

I’ve just started and so far I LOVE it!

It’s all starts with self-love!

Don’t forget that.

On that note, one of the things I’m really into about Vegan Smart is its versatility as a product: you can use Vegan Smart as shake or in recipes for clean eating!

For example, check out their current autumn smoothies here:
