Marc Jacobs Twitter Meltdown: PR Stunt or PR Gaffe?

It began on February 13th, 2010, when Marc Jacobs launched a twitter search for an official manager of their social media accounts. Their notorious CEO, Robert Duffy, was looking to pass the reigns onto someone else following a series of PR blunders.

Kanye v. Taylor: PR Stunt & Personal Stank

We all know by now what went down Sunday night at the 2009 MTV VMAs. Country’s sweetheart, Taylor Swift, won Best Female Video, against the likes the Lady GaGa, Kelly Clarkson, Pink and Beyonce. She went up on stage, thanked MTV and told us all how excited she was. Her speech was then cut short by an obviously drunk (was he?) Kanye West, who decided to rally on Beyonce’s behalf that “Single Ladies” is the “best video of the decade.”

MTV VMAs 2009: PR Stunts, Videos, Blood, Kermit and Kanye

In a nutshell, how sad is it when the only normal person gracing the VMA stage looks to be Madonna, followed closely by Russell Brand? Not that the VMAs have ever been normal, but Kanye’s an @$$, Gaga is mental, Katy Perry is overrated, Beyoncé was pure class & Taylor…poor Taylor.
