{Beautirati} YSL Provocative Pink: My New Favourite Lipstick!

I’m obsessed.

Okay, not completely, but enough to want to write a blog post about it.

It’s Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Volupte – 10: “Provocative Pink” and I bloody love it.

I’m pretty much set in my ways when it comes to certain things, lipsticks is one of them. Being the girl, who rarely steps outside of her makeup box, I’ve been debating the purchase of one of these for quite sometime.

While, a lot of people tend to go for the luxuriously creamy beige and nudes from the Rouge Volupte collection and similar, I have been wanting to try this futuristic, fashion-forward fuchsia for quite sometime now.

Now, I’m not going to lie, this is a high-end lipstick, and if you go to a place like Barney’s New York, even online, be prepared to shell out $34.00 USD for one tube. I [Read more...]

How to Photoshop Yourself into a Avatar Na’vi – v2 #tutorial

If you are a frequent visitor of my blog, you know that I made an Avatar Na’vi Adobe Photoshop tutorial at the beginning of January.

That tutorial was made doing a lot of Photoshop manipulations and cloning. This time around for VERSION 2 I did everything from scratch in a pure digital art setting. This means, I didn’t clone from an Avatar image and I sat down with my Wacom Intuos 3 and painted my brains out.

I think it came out WAY better! … and it’s far easier! :)

The original tutorial wasn’t that great. So I did a version 2 that no one seemed to bother going to.

Therefore, I’ve decided to delete the content of the old tutorial and cross-post it with the second one, which is FAR superior.

{Beautirati} From Across the Pond, MuLondon Calling

Recently, I was able to connect with a British skincare brand called MuLondon. Certified Vegan and cruelty-free by PETA, MuLondon is 100 percent organic. Their line of products have no water added and are completely hand-made. So basically, while with most commercial products you are only getting 20 percent of the  active ingredients, with MuLondon you are getting the full caboodle.
