Hey y’all

So, if you have been following my tweets and Facebook status messages, you know that I was Harrietta Potter this past Halloween. But since I don’t really ‘celebrate’ Halloween, I’ve renamed it Harry Potterween…instead of Harvest! etc. Mostly because it gives me an excuse to dress up like the characters in my favourite book series ever!

I hope you had a safe October 31 with lots of candy!

Ah well, you can see my costume below:-

Me as Harrietta Potter. Wand is the Severus Snape one from the Noble Collection. Owl is Hedwig from the WB as a licensed product. I got it on Amazon.com on sale for like $8.00 if you want one too

Can you see my awesome scar? I painted it myself with two eyeliner brushes. I used MAC Fluidline, MAC Bronze shadow and one of the dark brown shadows from the Wings palette

• MAC Wings palette, the dark brown, whose name I forgot in the crease
• MAC Bronze
• MAC Threesome palette, the brown/brass colour to blend the Wings dark brown and Bronze together
• I Touch Roses glitter Walk in Beauty below my eyes and in corner of eyes, just a little to glitterify moi

CHEEKS

• NARS Super Orgasm to highlight

LIPS

• MAC Nymphette
• no liner, my lips are actually like that naturally

NAILS

• OPI – Nail Envy original, base coat
• Lincoln Park After Dark, polish
• Creative Nail Speedy Nail dry, top coat

Well, even if you can’t see the details, if you think it looks cartoony, and awesome enough, I did my job!

This is moi with my little cousin, he was Alex the Lion from “Madagascar.” Regardless of the fact that it is a pure coincidence I like to call this Harrietta Potter & her little Gryffindor Lion
