In some circles, Sriracha has been described as the go-to, must-have, condiment for Millennials and due to Gen-Y’s strong purchasing power and culturally diverse appetites, it was only a matter of time before the Asian-style chili, garlic sauce made it way into a bar near you.
Out in San Diego, one bar in particular, True North Tavern (recipe by Jeffrey Capps), has just added a sriracha cocktail to their adult beverage menu and now you too, can make it at home.
