But you wouldn’t expect anything less from Hervé Léger by Max Azria who is keeping the bandage dress alive in all things body-con for another season with their pre-Fall 2012 collection.
Pre-Fall 2012 has a lot of exceptionally fitted looks that seem sportier that previous.
The detailing of colour blocks, contrasting stripes and racerback-styled halter necklines add to the looks.
Fun an unexpected separates like the shrunken suede moto jacket with edgy leggings to accompany the look are a plus (dominatrix-feeling darker pieces circa Madonna’s'Human Nature’ meets “Underworld.”).
Alongside items such as minis (with a healthily forgiving A-line) and the ample use of leather throughout the collection, we’d say Hervé Léger is looking quite fresh.
We’re also quite fond of the some of the Roman styled accents.
And the ombre trend that isn’t going away — why, yes, that is there too.
We lust.
