With Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in full swing, super model, Elettra Wiedemann (daughter of Isabella Rossellini and face of Lancôme) launched her first ever Fashion Week pop-up restaurant, GOODNESS featuring the city’s hottest chefs across the street from Lincoln Center.
From September 11-14, 2011, GOODNESS will be located inside the same building as the Empire Hotel during New York Fashion Week hosted in the Orange Hat Lounge (which includes free Wi-Fi).
Taking over Ed’s Chowder House (44 West 63rd Street) from 7 a.m. – 3 p.m., GOODNESS will be open for breakfast and lunch to provide healthy and delicious appetizers, entrees and desserts.

GOODNESS will serve locally-sourced, healthy food for both dine-in and take-out options.
After Elettra completed her dissertation at the London School of Economics on the future of feeding urban populations, she was inspired to create GOODNESS and provide delicious, stylish and healthy meals during Fashion Week.
Elettra is also a co-founder of justonefrickinday.com, a non-profit organization for special charity projects around the world.
The first in a series of global pop-up restaurants, GOODNESS will also make an appearance at future Paris, Milan and London Fashion Weeks, with a featured “chef exchange†between each city’s culinary stars.
