A little late, but I love, and I mean absolutely love this beauty-mixology concoction. We always knew duty-free shopping was awesome, but now it’s so much better!
The cocktail and club scene has long been the domain of the ‘beautiful people’ and now eon of the top nail polish brands (and one of my personal favourites) is dating one of the world’s best-known and loved cocktail liqueurs.
Rémy Cointreau Global Travel Retail and professional nail care specialist OPI have come up with a unique promotional offer for global travelers.
For every one litre bottle of Cointreau purchased in one of 15 key travel retail locations, the traveling customer will receive a limited edition OPI polish in a Cointreau-inspired shade as an exclusive gift with purchase:
- Have You No Self-Cointreau? – a bright pink
- Cointreau-versial Chocolate – a rich brown
- Sweet Sips at My Fingertips – a pale pink
- Orange You a Seductress – a vivid tangerine
Personally, I’m really interested in seeing Have You No Self-Cointreau? because it looks like such a delicious shade of pink!
This unique partnership was first launched in first in April at Auckland International Airport, New Zealand.
Over the next few months the Cointreau nail lacquers will also be available for purchase in Paris CDG, Munich, Mumbai, New Delhi, New York JFK, Newark, Orlando, Dallas, Houston, San Juan airport in Puerto Rico as well as on board Condor Ferries between England and France and in selected border stores in Ontario and Quebec at the US border.
Also, airports in Frankfurt and Moscow will be participating in this little concoction-promotion for the Rémy Cointreau OPI Cocktail Collection later in the year.
