You might remember Scoregasm! España’s Dancing Pepe, Drinks, David Villa and St. Iker Post-World Cup:-

from last week when Spain won the World Cup South Africa 2010.

A lot of people on YouTube and on Twitter asked what was the name of the song that Pepe Reina, Sergio Ramos, David Villa and Xavi Hernandez were singing as they danced their way through the private Spanish jet en route back to Madrid.

It was a catchy tune that they thought they would serenade St. Iker with called “Pintame” (1999) by Elvis Crespo, a popular Puerto Rican Merengue singer. “Pintame” actually won Crespo a Grammy Award in 1999.

Well, here you go:-

Personally, my favourite Elvis Crespo song is “Tu Sonrisa” — from when I was in 8th grade in 1998 :)

  1. hey, would you happen to know the exact meaning of the word 'pintame'?

  2. Hi,

“Pintame” translates to “Paint me” or to portray something.

Like Gloria Estefan had this song called, “Píntame De Colores” — which
means, “Paint me in the colours.”

    :)
