Last week, I feature Idina Menzel as my #MusicMonday, so this week it’s only fitting that I feature the incredibly talented Kristen Chenoweth and continue my Broadway kick :)

For those of you who don’t know who she is, Kristin Chenoweth is an American born singer, actress and musical theatre powerhouse. She was the original Galinda (with a ‘Ga’) in Stephen Schwartz’s “Wicked” (alongside the amazing Idina Menzel.) She’s also really well-known for her role as Annabeth on The West Wing as well as for winning an Emmy Award for playing Olive in Pushing Daisies. Her voice is a coloratura soprano — which basically means, yes, for such a little woman (she’s 4 feet 11 inches) she’s an opera singer too! Speaking of which, you might recognize her from singing and acting as Marion in 2003′s “The Music Man.” You might have also seen her in “Bewitched,” “RV,” “Deck the Halls,” “The Pink Panther,”  and “Four Christmases.”

One of my favourite bits I ever saw her do, was the intro to the 2005 Tony Awards with Hugh Jackman, she’s adorable!

Happy #MusicMonday :)
