{Beautirati} Sacred Herbals

I love rose scented anything – so when I had the opportunity to try out Amour, an organic and natural perfume made by Sacred Herbals I was really excited.

Amour is a blend of Rose, Jasmine and Ylang Ylang. But be not alarmed because it’s the scent of enchantment and has long lasting wear. The smell just makes me think of A Midsummer Night’s Dream or some Karen Marie Moning Highlander novel with old world Druid-faes. Okay, maybe that’s just me. But you get the idea. It’s subtle, calming, quite floral and sweet. Amour is not going to overpower or draw the wrong kind of attention in your direction.

Wear it during the day or to a BBQ on the weekend. Frankly, I think it’s a really great summer blend. But speaking of special summer blends…

… Sacred Herbals also makes lip balms! They have a special summer edition out now in Lemon Orange. Y’all know me – I’m not a citrus person, except to eat it in a fruit salad, but I must say I really do like this. It lasts all day long on your lips and it goes on very smoothly. It has a soft silky texture when glides on. If you aren’t careful, you might end up licking it off throughout the day like I did because it taste rather nice too. But that’s okay, just apply more; it’s all good.

Not sure what you want to buy? Sacred Herbals will send you samples for $1.50 USD. The company doesn’t only make perfumes and lip balms, but, they also carry selected sea salts, bath bombs, sugar scrubs, moisturizers etc.

It’s all natural, all cruelty-free and all vegan. (And guess what? Sacred Herbals is from Florida just like me!)

So be Green, go out and enjoy 🙂
